Harold R. Olson passed away September 17, 2017 at Red Cedar Canyon in Hudson at the age of 89.

Harold was born in Hudson on November 27, 1927. He graduated from Hudson High School and served in the U.S. Navy.

Harold worked for the Great Northern Railroad in St. Paul for many years and then retired from the Hudson Water Department in 1990.

Retirement allowed him to enjoy playing golf, growing his summer tomatoes, watching all the birds rest at his birdfeeder, and taking trips to Duluth to see the fall tree colors.
