Theo was born on April 1st, 1984 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Patti and Rich Hall. He graduated from Hudson High School in 2002 and later attended Strayer University where he studied marketing. He loved Terry, his wife and mother of his children for over 14 years. After moving to Hudson, Theo began working in construction as a tile setter and general contractor. His children will remember him as a kind, thoughtful and loving father who encouraged them to be themselves unapologetically.

Theo was an accomplished artist and his creativity shone through in every task he undertook. He was a kind and fun loving man who loved sports and who was passionate about learning new things. He will be remembered for his huge heart and remarkable smile.

The visitation will commence from 4:00-6:00 pm with a service to follow on April 9th at O'Connell Family Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held after the service at Big Guy’s BBQ Road House, in Hudson Wisconsin. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Theo's life.

Any memorials or donations will be used to set up an education fund for his children; Will and Izzy.

  5. To know him was to love him. That’s the truth. He was loved by many. He had this special gift, the ability to make people feel good about themselves, to smile and laugh when they were around him. He gave out compliments when you weren’t expecting one that would just warm your heart because he noticed and cared enough to let you know. He could also make fun of you moments later, dish out an insult, and be so spot on with it and great in the delivery, that you couldn’t do anything else than agree with him, shake your head and laugh. He was a gentle soul, had a big heart and gave hugs to those he loved. He loved his family, his wife and children, his friends, soccer, the Brewers, Packers, and had Polish pride. Sending my love to my Aunt and Uncle, cousins, his wife and children. Theo, you are sorely missed.

  6. Rich and Patti and those who love Theo –

I am sorry from the bottom of my heart. I am sending thoughts of sympathy, prayers for peace and love to help ease your sorrow.

When things happen that we don’t understand, be comforted in that we only see the knotted side of this tapestry we call life. One day, this beautiful picture will become clear.

Peace be with you and your family.
