Adwina M. Gregerson's Tribute Wall

Tributes (2):

  1. Adwina and I shared a very special relationship. She was like a second mum to me, like a big sister and most of all, a dear friend. Our “round the world” trip way back in 1991/2 bonded us in a very unique way. Perhaps it was because she was twice my age, we were from different countries and yet we got along so well. It was a question we were asked so many times on our trip – how did you two meet? We have relived this trip many times, read from her journal over the telephone and laughed at some of the things we enjoyed and endured in various countries. I know recently she didn’t remember names and places but she always knew my name when I called her and she knew I still cared for her.
Thank you Adwina for all you taught me and for all we shared.
Thank you Darwin, Shyla & Pam for sharing your Mum with me.
Thank you Jim & Elinor for your love and care to me and the many times you picked me up from the airport.
I cannot be with you in person for the memorial service but I will be present in spirit.
With gratitude & appreciation for ALL.
    Deborah
