Adolph Bud Hanken

Adolph “Bud” Hanken, died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Prescott Nursing Home. Bud was born on September 20, 1928 to Adolph and Henrietta (Bohlken) Hanken in Prescott, WI.He served in the Army. Bud married Joyce Simpson in April of 1961. He enjoyed spending time at his cabin, traveling with his wife, fishing, hunting and going to Florida.Bud is survived by four children; Cheri (Michael)Johnson, Rick (Candy) Hanken, Daniel Hanken (Barb Arntzen), Roxanne (Steven) Van Horn, 11 grandchildren; Chad Buckley, Brian (Krystal) and Nicholas (Beth) Johnson, Tiffany (Morgan) Le Naour, Amanda and Gary Hanken, Kurt, Luke (Lindsey) Van Horn Cassie (Joe) Butler, Douglas and Dalton Hanken, seven great grandchildren, two sisters; Mathilde Most and Mary Ann Bolhman and other relatives.He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce, parents, siblings; Raymond, Henrietta, Arvin and Ralph. Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
