Arvilla Mary Cotter, age 85, of River Falls, WI passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Comforts of Home in River Falls. She was born June 24, 1930 in Prescott, WI to Edward and Erma (Kuselik) Cotter. Arvilla enjoyed traveling and attending family gatherings. She was a member of St. Bridget’s Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Rochelle Kinneman.
