Bertil Elvin Weberg

Bertil Elvin Weberg, age 78, of Maiden Rock, died Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Plum City Health Care Center.

Bertil was born on December 14, 1936, in Lund Wisconsin, to Alvin and Lillian Weberg. He attended school in Maiden Rock, and graduated in 1954. He married Carol Cady in Watertown, South Dakota on August 25, 1969. Together they farmed and raised a family in Maiden Rock. Along with farming, Bertil worked as a contractor and sold real estate. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Brewers.

Surviving him is his wife Carol.
Daughters: Melody (Tony Carlstrom) Gustafson, and Shelly (Duane) Zimmerman
Step-children: Robin (Dale) Mesenburg, Kimberlee (Gary) Stai, Craig (Teresa) Flynn, Kristi Flynn.

Grandchildren: Jason (Sara) Stai, Luke Flynn, Abbie Flynn, Kyle Gustafson, Thad Zimmerman, Cady Zimmerman, and 4 great-grand children.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his grandson Caleb Gustafson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11 at 11:00am, at Plum City Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00pm on Friday July 10, at Hill Funeral Home in Ellsworth WI, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be at the Salem Lutheran Cemetery, town of Salem.
