Bonnie Vaught

Bonnie J. Vaught, age 79 of Bloomington, IN, passed away peacefully in Woodbury, MN, on Monday, December 13, 2021. Bonnie was born on May 25, 1942 in Bloomington, Indiana, to parents Calvin and Kathryn Louise (Hampton) Vaught. Bonnie worked at Tarzan’s & RCA in her younger years and served for many years in healthcare and various other positions.

Bonnie will be remembered by her family and friends by the way she could entertain them with her funny jesters and personality. She enjoyed life and laughter. Everyone that met and knew Bonnie loved her. She would “light up the room” with her “happy go lucky” and care free personality. Bonnie loved playing games and singing Christian songs with her family.  She was a devoted Christian in her Pentecostal Faith.

Bonnie will forever remain in the hearts of her children, Mark Langley, Daniel (Pam Dennis) Langley, Rebecca (Jim) Wunderlich, and Wallette (Gene Mann) Sawyer; siblings, Barbara Humphrey, Roy (Wanda) Vaught, Carolyn Vaught, and Terry (April) Vaught; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Kathryn Vaught, brothers, Eddie and Wallace, sisters, Betty and Mary, and brother-in-law, Reverend Ward Humphrey.

Graveside service will take place 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Salt Creek Cemetery in Bloomington, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family.
