Brecken D. Kariniemi

Brecken Kariniemi, 16 months old, from Woodbury, MN passed away peacefully at home snuggled in the loving arms of his Daddy and Mommy, with big brother Easton by his side. Brecken is now free from the Alpers Syndrome that took him away from us way too early. Brecken knew how to light up a room with his bright, perfect little smile. He loved laughing at his big brother, playing the toy piano with his feet, counting, and everything giraffes. He was a curious little boy who taught every person that was blessed to know him the power of a village, courageous strength, and unconditional love. Although his time here was short, he lived a magical life. Brecken, our sweet giraffe baby, will forever be remembered, never forgotten, and always loved.

Visitation from 4-7PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson, WI. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at St Patricks Catholic Church, 1500 Vine St., Hudson, WI. Burial will follow immediately after the service in the Woodbury United Methodist Church Cemetery in Woodbury, MN. A Celebration of Life Picnic will follow the burial at Woodridge Park, 9000 90th St., Cottage Grove, MN. Please bring a dish to pass. We welcome our loving Village!
