Christopher Noreen, age 54, of Hudson, Wisconsin, passed away suddenly on June 18, 2026.
Chris had an infectious laugh, lived life to the fullest, on his own terms, and never looked back. Besides his height, he had a presence that filled a room. When Chris told a story, his animated arm gestures were part of the entertainment-you couldn't help but watch and laugh as he brought every detail to life. Chris will be remembered for his humor, his adventurous spirit, his stubborn streak, and his ability to make life interesting.
Chris loved spending time doing the things that brought him joy. He enjoyed riding his Harley, and most recently was looking forward to spending more time on his boat, enjoying the St. Croix River and grilling great BBQ with family and friends.
Chris attended Hudson High School. After graduation, he joined the United States Navy and proudly served during the Gulf War aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy. After his military service, Chris became an electrician and continued in that field throughout his career.
He was a proud father to Cole and Sabrina and is also survived by two grandsons, Mason and Bryson; his parents, Craig and Susan; and his siblings, Kim and Kelley (Tom).
A private celebration of Chris's life will be held at a later date.
