Dolores I. Docken

Dolores Irene Docken, age 92, formerly of Hudson, WI, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017. Dolores was born March 2, 1924 in Willmar, MN. She attended Willmar schools and graduated from Luther College, Decorah, IA in 1948. Dolores married L. Donald Docken in 1948. While Don attended Luther Seminary, Dolores taught third grade at Hayden Heights School in St. Paul, MN. Don and Dolores were partners in the ministry for 39 years. They were blessed with three sons, James (Cindy), Mark (Lois), and John (Cathy); six grandchildren, Cara, Kyle, Kevin, Kirstin (Daron), Steffen, and Soren; and a great-granddaughter, Marie. Dolores was grateful to God for family, friends and for the many blessings in her life.

A private funeral was held at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hudson, WI.
