Dorothy Nelson

Dorothy C. Nelson, age 57, of River Falls, Wisconsin, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2022 in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her loving family by her side.  She was born February 16, 1965 to Raymond and Gloria Vorwald and was a graduate of St. Croix Central in Hammond, Wisconsin.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Dave; her children, Erica (Scott) Baumann, Nick Nelson, Jesse (Lexie) Nelson, Cindy Nelson and Christian Nelson; grandchildren, Emma and Brianna Baumann and Ella Nelson.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 11, 2022 at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in River Falls from 4:00pm-8:00pm.  Mass of Christian burial will be September 12, 2022 at 1:00pm with visitation one hour before mass.  Burial will take place at Kinnickinnic Cemetery following mass.
