Edward E. Germain

Edward Ernest Germain, age 91

Edward Germain was born on July 6th, 1926. He was one of seven children born to Esther and Ernest Germain. The family lived three miles north of Somerset, and they farmed there, just like their ancestors did for over 100 years.

Ed is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ann Marie (Trombley), their 6 children and spouses, 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson, 5 godchildren, 3 sisters, 2 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law, 1 aunt, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

A Mass will be held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Somerset at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 6, 2017 with visitation two hours prior.

If you so choose, please consider, in Ed’s memory, St. Anne’s Church or School, the Donald Germain Scholarship Fund, the Deerfield or Croixdale (Ed and Ann Marie’s homes for the past 10 years), or St. Croix Hospice.
