Edward Peter Sieleni, Age 88 Of Afton. Retired Control Data in the Twin Cities. United States Coast Guard Veteran. 100% Lithuanian & proud of it! Eddie enjoyed fishing, farming, riding   horses, trips to the casino, traveling, bird watching; but most of all, he loved  spending  time with his family.    Peacefully went home surrounded by his adoring family on Mar. 17, 2012 – Born on Aug. 31, 1923. Survived by beloved and devoted wife of 63 years Clara Mae; loving children Rosemary (Greg) Holmen, Margo Sieleni, Cindy (Mike) Conners, Denise (Neil) Clymer; grandchildren Amy (Lars) Danielson, Michael (Katie) Conners, Jeni (Matt) Underwood, Monica Sieleni, Kevin Friend, Tony Holmen, Clarissa Clymer, Edward Clymer, DeNeila Clymer, Thomas Clymer; great-grandchildren Michelle  and  Makenzie  Danielson, Grace and Emerson Conners, Ava Underwood; S-I-L Jeanne Sieleni; many loving nieces, nephews, friends; and Ed’s faithful dog  Sam.   Preceded  in death by parents Thomas & Regina; siblings Joe (Jean), Jean (Bill) Bolton, Tony (Catherine), Bunny, and niece JoLynn Sieleni.  Thank you to the caregivers who cherished our dad at Good Samaritan Stillwater. Thank you to everyone at Lakeview Hospital, you treated Ed with respect & dignity and were a blessing to our entire family.

Service 11AM Thursday, March 22, Memorial Lutheran Church, 15730 So. Afton Blvd. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation 3 to 8PM Wednesday O’Connell Family Funeral Home Hudson and one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday. Memorials preferred.
