Edward Raymond Greske

Edward Raymond Greske, age 94, of Ellsworth, WI passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Ellsworth, WI. He was born on May 30, 1923 in Hartland Township, WI to William and Tina ((Johnson) Greske. In 1941 he graduated from Ellsworth High School. On June 29, 1946 Edward was united in marriage to Dolores Joyce Falde at the Martell United Methodist Church in Martell, WI. He was a farmer in Hartland Township most of his adult life. Edward was a member of the United Methodist Church for many years and served on the Hartland Town Board for several years. He had many interests over the years some of which included woodworking, dancing, playing cards, fishing and visiting with family and friends. Edward enjoyed attending activities that his children and grandchildren were involved in. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Tina Greske; wife, Dolores; all of his siblings. Edward is survived by his loving children, Kim (Bonnie) Greske of Auburndale, FL, Debra (Steve) Ottman of Plum City, WI, Gayl (Linette) Greske of Ellsworth, WI; grandchildren, Justin (Colleen) Adrian, Lisa (Erick) Hofacker, John Adrian, Kari (Luke) Kenall, Amanda (Lawrence) Kasay, Gina (Jessie) Larson, Brent (Caitlin) Ottman, Meghan (Dave) Ottman, Grant (Amy) Greske, Derek (Jessica Costello)Greske, Dylan (Aubree Evans) Greske; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Naoma Falde and LaWand Nelson; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Edward will be 11:00am Tuesday, February 27th at St. Paul United Church of Christ, W5706 State Highway 72, Ellsworth, WI. Visitation will be 3:00-7:00pm on Monday, Feb. 26th at O’Connell-Benedict Family Funeral Home, 130 N. Grant St., Ellsworth, WI and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in Hartland United Methodist Cemetery, Hartland Township, WI.
