Eileen Krause

Eileen C. Krause, age 84, of Hudson, WI, passed away on July 14, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Paul.

Eileen was born on June 19, 1936 to John and Theresa (Christensen) Krause in Milwaukee, WI.  After school, she was a secretary at a law firm for many years. In the late 1970s, she moved to North Hudson to be closer to family and began working as a secretary for Petroleum Inspection Company in Hudson.

Eileen was a kind and gentle soul, and although she was quiet, she had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed gardening, reading historical books, and spending time with family and her friends at Buena Vista.

She is survived by her sister, Joan (Frank) Kvam of North Hudson, WI; nephews, Bill (Susan) Rutherford and John (Linda) Rutherford; and niece, Kristine Rutherford. She is preceded in death by her parents; aunt, Marguerite; and niece, Kathy Rutherford.

Per the family’s wishes, no services will be held.
