A loving father to his four children, Elroy found great joy in fishing, spending time with family, and tackling projects around the home with his handy and creative skills. He also enjoyed traveling, with memorable trips to Germany and cruises to Alaska and New England. Elroy gave his time as a camp cook at Tomahawk Boy Scouts Camp with Troop 131 in Osceola, Wisconsin, creating lasting memories for many.
