Age 78, of Hager City, Wi died Sunday, November 24, 2013 at St. Brigid’s at Hi-Park, Red Wing, MN following a courageous battle with Leukemia.He was born on February 12, 1935 in Oskaloosa, IA the son of George and Helen (Jones) Darland, Sr.George was a surveyor with Dakota County for many years and had many hobbies.He is survived by his wife Mary Darland, Hager City, WI.Children: Ed (Karen) Darland, Cokato, MN; Deanna (Ken) Stowe, Ellsworth, WI; Allen (Christina) Dunn, Hastings, MN; Kevin (LeaAnna) Dunn, Rogers, MN.10 grandchildren and three great-granchildren.He was preceded in death by his daughter Elizabeth Schulte, parents, and brother Jack.Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ellsworth, WI is serving the family.
