Gerald Capistrant

Gerald Joseph Capistrant, age 90, of Somerset, WI passed away on August 19, 2012 at the Christian Community Home in Hudson, WI. Gerald was born on June 11, 1922 in Wilmar, MN to Mary E. Oelke. He proudly served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer.

He is survived by his wife, Helga; sons, Bernard Capistrant and Steven (Carol) Capistrant; daughter, Mary Capistrant (Courtney Hart); grandsons, Gearald, Patric and Jay; and daughter-in-law, Janet Capistrant. Preceded in death by wife, Ursula; and son, Robert Capistrant.

Memorial services will be held in the Black Hills in South Dakota on September 8.
