Glee Schofield

Glee Schofield died peacefully the morning of March 30, 2015 at 93 years old.

She was born August 12, 1921 to Dorothy and Edwin Toothaker of Truman, Minnesota

After attending high school in Truman, Glee married Henry Schofield of Truman on August 24, 1940.

She was a member of the Truman Church of Christ and enjoyed her work in the Church. She also enjoyed working in her flower gardens, cooking, baking and making a lovely home for her family. Glee loved to feed and care for people. She worked at the Truman Retirement home for several years.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen Firchau of Anderson, Missouri, Dennis Schofield of Cape Coral, Florida, Donald Schofield and his wife Julie, of Neosho, Missouri, Dawn Gieseke and her husband Eric of Woodstock, Vermont, and David Schofield and his wife Dori of Baldwin, Wisconsin; fourteen grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband of sixty-two years in 2002.

Graveside services were held in the Nashville Township Cemetery in Truman, Minnesota. Funeral and cremation services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory of Baldwin. Memorials maybe directed to the Parkview Community Campus of Woodville.
