Jeffrey Plaschko, age 62 of Prescott, WI passed away unexpectedly on May 17, 2025.

A Memorial service will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at All Saints Lutheran Church: 8100 Belden Blvd, Cottage Grove, MN 55016. A visitation will be from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, June 2, 2025 at the Old Ptacek’s Event Center: 1449 Orrin Rd, Prescott, WI 54022. There will be a one-hour visit prior to the service on Tuesday. Interment will be at All Saints Lutheran Church.
