Jesse Allen Nellis

Age 29, of Beldenville, WI, passed away on Saturday December 21, 2013, at United Hospital, St. Paul, MN.Jesse was born October 8, 1984 to Tim and Kim Nellis. At the time they lived in Corcoran, MN on a hobby farm. From a very young age Jesse loved little cars and trucks. When he was a kid his grandma Roberta Nellis would let him mow her lawn on the riding lawn mower. Jesse continued his love of tractors into his adult life. The tractors just got bigger. As a teenager Jesse, along with his mom, Kim, and sister, Andrea, moved to Prescott, WI. Wisconsin is where Jesse called home. As he got older, he moved all around Pierce County but never left. He grew to love the land and people he met here.Jesse continued his schooling and became a diesel mechanic. He loved working on cars, trucks and tractors. Jesse loved working with his hands. And he loved to help others. Jesse was always willing to do a favor, help someone fix something or change oil. Rarely did anyone see him without a smile, and he always had a hug for everyone.Jesse met Alisha Salinas in his mid 20’s and together they started a family. Brantlee was born January 1st, 2013. Jesse was ecstatic to be a dad and was an excellent father. He loved his son so much and worked very hard for his young family. In fact, he was so excited to have a family he couldn’t wait to add on. His second child will be born in spring.Jesse will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.Jesse was preceded in death by his father, Tim Nellis, and his mother, Kim Hartinger Nellis ClavinJesse is survived by his son, Brantlee Nellis, Beldenville, and un-born baby NellisFiance’, Alisha Salinas, Beldenville, WI, daughter of Darcy and Bradley Yanish of Beldenville, and Randy and Becky Kinkle of KentuckySister, Andrea Nellis of Brainerd, MNGrandparents Dorothy Hartinger of New Hope, MN and Albert Hartinger of Champlin, MNAunt Kelly and husband John Grubb, and their children Sydney and Madeline of St. Michael, MNAunt Linda Nellis of White Bear Lake, MNUncle Tom and wife Ginny Nellis of Pine City, MNHill Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Ellsworth, WI is serving the family.
