Judy Lynn Rock, age 77, of Hammond, Wisconsin, passed away on April 28, 2026. She was born on June 22, 1948, in Baldwin, Wisconsin, to parents Ed and Bernice Ash. Judy graduated from Baldwin-Woodville High School in 1966 and was united in marriage to Tom Rock on March 9, 1968. Judy went on to finish her nursing degree in 1988 - something she and her family were incredibly proud of. She was a dedicated nurse at the Hospital in Baldwin, where she touched the lives of countless patients.
Judy had a special love for shopping—whether it was finding the perfect gift, a seasonal decoration, or just enjoying a day browsing her favorite stores, it brought her genuine happiness. She had a remarkable talent for knitting and crocheting, creating countless handmade pieces that showcased her creativity.
Throughout the years, Judy cultivated her love for gardening, filling her home with colorful flowers. She was particularly fond of decorating her home for the holidays, transforming it into a festive and welcoming space filled with lights, ornaments, and cheer. Her enthusiasm for the season was contagious, and she made every celebration feel magical. Another cherished tradition in Judy’s life was her annual trip to the state fair. It was something she looked forward to every year—a time for fun, food, and making memories.
Judy will remain in the hearts of her husband Tom; children Scott (Jennifer) Rock, Chris (Julie) Rock and Katy (Scott) Peavey; grandchildren Jake, Hailey, Cassidy (Adam), Tristan (Jackie), Lucas (Becca), Spencer, Scarlette, Ben and Landon; siblings Teri (Dennis) Foerster, Betsy Sather, Jane Hohler and Steve Ash, as well as many extended relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ed and Bernice; brother Jim Ash; Brother-in-law Jerry Sather.
Judy's life will be celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hammond, on May 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Family and friends will gather for a visitation at the church starting at 9:00 AM. Memorials are preferred to the family.
