Judy Samuel

Judy Ann Samuel, age 67, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019 at her home in Knapp, WI. Judy was born on June 26, 1952 in Daly City, California. She was united in marriage to Dale Samuel on July 15, 1995, in Livingston, Montana.

Judy will always be remembered by her husband, Dale Samuel; children, Tina (Jeremy) Nieman, Patrick (Denise) Horn, and Michael (Gina) Horn; step-children, Michael (Amy) Johnson, William Heitman, Joshua (Lisa) Samuel, and Danielle (Alphonzo) Lofton; 23 Grandchildren, Shelly, Haylee, Nick, Julian, Macee, Bailey, Kinsey, Samantha, Tyler, Troy, Patrick, Mathew, Amber, Emily, Alexis, Paige, Payton, Destiny, CamRon, Camaya, Alphonzo Jr, Rihanna, and Zaid; 3 Great-Grandchildren, Ryleigh, Simmy, and Adalaya.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Art and Virginia (Dano).

A Gathering of Judy’s Family and Friends will be held from 2-6PM on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at the Woodville Legion in Woodville WI. Eulogy will be read at 4pm.  Cremation services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory of of Baldwin, WI.
