Kenton D. Frederick

Kenton D. Frederick, 78 of River Falls, passed away peacefully at his home, Friday, August 8, 2014.He was born on January 19, 1936 to Ray and Esther Frederick.Kenton joined the Army after graduating from R.F.H.S. Upon returning to civilian life he worked for Whirlpool Corporation, St. Croix Gas Company and 3M Company.During retirement he has enjoyed Meals-on-Wheels, The free-bike restoration program and working on November food drive for the River Falls Food Pantry.Kenton was a member of Ezekiel Lutheran Church and American Legion Post 121.Kenton treasured his family especially his grandsons. He loved his friends, McDonald’s coffee hour, Burger night at the Moose Lodge and Mystery Friday night fish frys.Kenton is survived by his wife, Dorothy, son, Dan (Jaci), grandsons; Mitch and Jace, sisters-in-law, Marlys Bradford, Lucille (Vern) Kelly, Eileen Scott, many nieces, nephews and brother, Jim.He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, John. Cashman-Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
