Lawrence White

Lawrence White died Friday, September 23, 2011, at Baxter Regional Medical Center, at the age of 73. Lawrence was born March 2, 1938 in Hudson, NY, the son of Ellis and Helen Lawrence White. He married Donna Harrigan on July 5, 1961, at Gunnison, CO. He worked as a College Professor. Lawrence lived in Norfork, Arkansas for 7 years, moving from St. Croix, MN. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. He loved to spend time fishing on the local rivers.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Donna White, of Norfork, AR, 2 sons; Christopher (Dee) White of Hudson, WI, Alexander (Susan) White of San Jose, CA, brother, Roger (Joanne) White of Jacksonville, FL, 2 sisters; Melissa Baltz of Jackson, MS, Susan Cress of Michigan City, IN, and 5 grandchildren; Dylan, Zachary, Jasmine, Amanda, and Matthew.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A graveside service will be held for Lawrence on Wednesday, November 23 at 4pm at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery.

Services are in the care of the O’Connell Family Funeral Home – Hudson chapel.
