Loren L. Anderson

Loren L. Anderson, age 72 of Minneapolis, MN, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2018 at the Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul, MN.

Loren was born September 17, 1945 in Worthington, MN, to Lorville and Margaret (Terry) Anderson. He worked over 40 years in the admissions office at the University of Minnesota.

Loren is survived by his brother, Elliot (Barbara Starr); nieces, Heidi (Jeff) Hupe and Noelle Anderson; nephew, Kris (Wanda) Holmgren; 6 great-nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Kate, and Elliot Hupe, Sigrid, Hazel and Metta Holmgren; and many dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church, 511 Groveland Ave., Minneapolis, MN. Visitation will be held from 10:00-10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Interment at the Worthington Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice or Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church.
