Lynn R. Carlson

Lynn Robert Carlson, age 63 of Woodville died peacefully June 22, 2017 at his home with his family and friends by his side. Lynn was born on February 12, 1954 in Monmouth, Illinois; the son of James and Marion Carlson. He attended elementary school in Monmouth prior to graduating from Galesburg High School.

Lynn worked many years in the parts department for Wally McCarthy Oldsmobile GMC in the Twin Cities. Lynn enjoyed the outdoors and a quiet day fishing. He enjoyed listening to his favorite music, woodworking, and collecting model trains.

Surviving are his two children, Renee Carlson of Lindstrom, MN, and Michael Carlson of Fitchburg, MA; and one granddaughter, Brianna of Lindstrom, MN.  Also surviving are special friend Holly Anderson of Woodville, WI; two sisters and a brother, Luann Snyder of East Peoria, IL, Susan Rutledge of Monmouth, IL, and Jeff Carlson of Marietta, GA, and former wives Connie Sprenger of Woodbury, MN and Vicky Carlson of Woodville, WI.

He will remain in the hearts of his children, family and friends.
