Maschall Linda Bloomstrand

Maschall Linda (Baier) Bloomstrand, 70, of Plum City unexpectedly passed away on June 8, 2026.

Maschall was born on November 14, 1955, in Hazen, ND to Daniel and Marlene Baier. In 1966, Marlene moved with Maschall and her four siblings to Ellsworth, WI where she attended school and met and married LeRoy Roen. Together they welcomed two children, RoChelle Smaller (Roen) and Joshua Roen. In 1991, Maschall met the love of her life, Darren Bloomstrand. In 1992, the couple settled on a piece of land, about a 1/2 a mile from Lund, where they shared the dream of building a home and living the good life. They married in March of 2013 and up until the day she passed, were like teenagers in love.

She enjoyed gardening, camping, the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her overwhelming generosity, kindness, and loving spirit. Above all else, Maschall cherished her family and loved them more than anything. Her children, grandchildren, and loved ones were the greatest blessings in her life. She was a member of the Eidsvold Svea Luthurn Church.

Maschall was preceded in death by her mother, Marlene; her father, Daniel; and her step-father, Patrick. She is survived by her husband, Darren; children RoChelle and Joshua; grandchildren Jordan, Katelyn, and TriChelle; and her siblings Candice, Kemp, Carmen, Perry, Punky and Tricia.

There will be a funeral service held on Friday, June 19th at Eidsvold Lutheran Church (W6111 CR EE, Esdaile, WI) from 2-6, with a small service for family to follow. A celebration of life will be held at Molly’s On Main in Plum City on July 25 from 2-5. Everyone is welcome to join!
