May Lorene Hubbell

May Lorene Hubbell of River Falls, WI died peacefully at the age of 94 on November 17, 2016, while residing at The Lutheran Home, River Falls, WI. She was born on July 21, 1922, in Stockton, Kansas to Millard and Lettie (Johnston) McCracken. She graduated from high school and learned to be a talented seamstress. She married Allen Hubbell on October 17, 1943, in Roswell, New Mexico. They were blessed with four sons and a daughter.
May was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen; and sisters, Martha, Millie, and Margie.
May is survived by her children, Gary of Stillwater, OK, Patricia (Gus) Munden, of Gentry, AK, Doyle of Oak Park Heights, MN, Darrell of River Falls, WI, and Herb (Dianne) of River Falls, WI; her eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her sister, Marie Taylor of Tacoma, WA, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward, WI.
