Michael J. Kolashinski, Age 56 of Roberts, died on May 6, 2014.
He is survived by sons, Andy (Jenny) and Joe; grandson, Treyvin; siblings, Bob (Roxanne), and Judy Jacobsen. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Kolashinski and Loretta Kolashinski Hawkins.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
