Mildred “Milly” Jeanette Tichenor, born February 7, 1927, died March 4, 2018 of complications from a long, valiant battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon and son, Jeff. Survived by daughters, Paulette Tichenor, Roxann (Gary) Dirks, and Shauna Shada; 7 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A special thank you to staff from Woodland Hill PHS for the care they provided the last several months. A private memorial service and burial are planned at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
