Norman was an active member in the National Farmers’ Organization (NFO) and served on the Pierce Pepin board for many years and also served as President for a time.

Norman was a devoted lifelong member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, lived and breathed farming, loved to joke and tease, blessed with the gift of gab, he could make friends out of any stranger, loved animals, children, dancing polka and eating ice cream, and found great pride and comfort in his faith, farm, community, and family.

We take comfort in knowing that Norman is enjoying himself in Heaven, cracking jokes and laughing that mischievous laugh of his.
