Nyles W. Ellefson passed away peacefully with family on January 28, 2020, two days after his 91st birthday.
He is survived by his wife Ruth, daughters Merry Ellefson and husband Wayne Carnes and son Arne (Juneau, AK), Jane Ellefson Allen and husband Greg Allen and children Tommy, Esther, Andy (Woodbury, MN), Tashina (wife of Lyndon) and sons Sylvan (wife Sarah/CO), Kjell Ellefson (MN), as well as great-grandchildren. Nyles and Ruth resided in Hudson, WI.
Services will be held at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Afton, MN on Monday, February 10th at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. and lunch following.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Luther Park Bible Camp, Chetek, WI, or to a charity of choice.
