Robert Steven Snegosky

Robert “Bob” Snegosky, age 76, of Hudson, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2026, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Born on December 26, 1949, in Litchfield, MN, to Allen and Adeline Snegosky, Bob lived a full life dedicated to his family, friends, and passions.

 After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University, Bob married his high school honey, Cindy Nelson. Together they created a loving home and shared 54 wonderful years filled with countless memories and adventures. Bob dedicated over 35 years to his career at Parker-Quick Coupling Division, Pioneer Products Group.

Bob’s greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. Whether it was sharing new experiences, laughing about silly things or just sitting around a campfire, there was always great love and happiness. Bob loved his retirement. He would say. “ I don’t want to let the grass grow under my feet”, and it didn’t. As an active member of the Hudson Rod & Gun Club, Bob thrived in the great outdoors filling his days at the cabin and the hunting shack. While in Hudson, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, shooting skeet, deer hunting. He went on various trips to Montana/South Dakota hunting and shooting prairie dogs with his brother-in-law. During the winter, Bob filled his time playing euchre and cribbage with his friends. Bob and Cindy also took numerous trips to North Carolina and various trips with friends and family.

Bob will be remembered by his wife, Cindy; sons, Alex (Jessica) of Roberts, WI and their children Blake and Ella; Matt (Rachel) of Troutman, NC and their daughters Sara and Anna; sister, Ruth (Pete) Ackerman of Litchfield, brothers, Tom (Linda) of Calabash, NC; Kent (Diane) of Litchfield, MN; Gary (Connie) of St. Michael, MN; brother-in-law Ray Doering (Mary); brother-in-law Pat Buckley; along with all the extended Snegosky family including aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Al and Adeline Snegosky; parents-in-law Stuart & Margaret Nelson; sisters, Karen Buckley and Gail Doering; brother, Don Snegosky; sister-in-law, Barbara Snegosky.

Visitation 1-2 PM with 2 PM Memorial Service Saturday November 14 at Bethel Lutheran Church- Downtown Campus, 920 Third St. Hudson. 3 Pm Celebration at the Rod & Gun Club, 285 Krattley Lane, Hudson. Interment will be private at the Litchfield Cemetery, Litchfield, MN. In lieu of flowers, Bob would like memorials to Hudson Rod & Gun Club or Bethel Highlands Preschool Scholarship Fund.
