Roberta Eastman

Roberta L. Eastman, age 66 of Roberts, WI, died on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN. Roberta was born February 24, 1947 in Superior, WI to parents Robert and Frances (Leggate) Anderson. She attended school in Superior. She would be united in marriage to Dennis L. Eastman, and their union in marriage would be blessed with two children. Roberta was a homemaker, who also worked outside the home in a foundry, and as a waitress. Roberta enjoyed spending time on her computer, and was a true animal lover, who loved caring for her cats and dogs.

Roberta is survived by her son, Timothy; grandchildren, Tyler Eastman, Colin Columbus, RheAnna “Annie” Eastman, Justin Cleary, and Jenna Eastman; brothers, Gary (Mary Lueken-Anderson) Anderson, and Roger (Linda) Anderson; uncle, Walt (Marilou) Leggate; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, close friends, and good neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; her daughter, Tammy Eastman; and her parents.

A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will take place from 11:00am-1:00pm, with a 1:00pm Remembrance Service, on Friday, January 24, 2014 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 11th Street South, in Hudson.
