Sam J. Cari, age 90, of Hudson, WI, formerly of Chicago, IL, died Wed., Dec. 28, 2016.

Preceded in death by his son, Scott; and grandson, Brian Larson.

Survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley; son, Sam (Teresa) of Hudson, WI; daughter, Susan (Scott) Larson of Burnsville, MN; five grandchildren: Ryan (Camille) Cari, Kristin (Seth) Kveno, Daniel (Sondra) Cari, Kathleen (Jeremy) Cook, and Samuel B. (Erin) Cari; 15 great-grandchildren; and granddaughter-in-law, Erin Larson.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 31, 2016 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1500 Vine St., Hudson, with a visitation one hour prior to the Mass at church. Private Interment at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are preferred.
