Sandy L. Yeazle

Sandra L. Yeazle, age 69, of New Richmond, WI, passed away on January 12, 2017 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Sandy was born on May 27, 1947 in Superior, WI to Gordon and Shirley (Brown) Yeazle. She attended Central High School in Superior, and graduated from Superior Technical School as an LPN.

Sandy was passionate about her volunteer work through the Salvation Army. She frequently rang bells during the holidays, assisted in the office, helped out at food shelves, and lent a hand during disasters in Superior, always with a smile on her face. She was a talented seamstress, sewing over fifty blanks for hospice patients. She loved to paint, read, and watch movies.

She is survived by her children: Sandra (Homer) Dhols of New Richmond, WI, Jim Yeazle of Duluth, MN, Amanda (Randy) Moore of Stevens Point, WI, Dave Yeazle of Superior, WI, Steve (Angie) Yeazle of Superior, WI, and Blaze Yeazle of Superior, WI; many grandchildren; two great-grandchildren with one on the way; brothers: Gordon (Marilyn) Yeazle of Texas and Big Lake, MN, Doug Yeazle of New Richmond, WI, Dean Yeazle of New Richmond, WI; sister, Alane Erickson of Proctor, MN; sister-in-law, Rosa Yeazle of Owatonna, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death her parents; grandparents; brother, David Yeazle; sister, Barb Yeazle.

A Memorial Service for Sandy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the O’Connell Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson, with a gathering of family and friends held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials are preferred to the family.
