Scott Steven Meier

Scott Steven Meier, age 59, of Prescott, WI died April 24, 2016 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital In Minneapolis, MN after a brief illness. He was born July 11, 1956 in River Falls, WI to Harvey and Geraldine (Hovde) Meier. He was a 1974 graduate of Prescott High School. Scott worked for Super America and Ashland Oil Refinery for over 30 years. Hobbies that he enjoyed were restoring old Ford cars, flying airplanes and hanging out with friends at local establishments. Scott was a diehard Green Bay Packers fan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Geraldine Meier; sister, Pamela Meier; son, Nicholas Meier.

Scott is survived by his children, Neal (Melanie) Meier, Mackenzie Meier; grandchildren, Brayden, Quentin, Jonathan; brothers, Michael (Jane) Meier, Dennis (Mary) Meier; many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Scott will be held from 1:00-5:00 pm on Saturday, April 30th at Hill Funeral Home in Prescott, WI. You are encouraged to wear your favorite NFL colors in Scott’s honor (does not have to be Packers colors).

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
