Suzanne Clare Parker

Suzanne Parker passed away peacefully at her home on July 13, 2025. She was born on September 3, 1957, in Red Wing, Minnesota to Lois and Clare Pfluger. She graduated from Red Wing Central High School in 1975 and went on to become an LPN. She worked at the Red Wing Health Center before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her daughters.

Suzanne’s greatest joy came from spending time with her daughters and her grandchildren. She had a unique way of filling every moment with warmth, whether it was through her delicious homemade bread, or her knitting and crocheting. Her creativity and passion for interior decorating brought comfort and cheer to all who entered her home. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, generosity and grace.

Suzanne is survived by her daughters, Whitney Parker (Miguel Thelen), Jeannie Parker (Nicholas Blee), Kathryn (Nathan) Johnston, and her stepdaughter, Stephanie Parker, along with 9 grandchildren; brothers & sisters, Jeffrey Pfluger (Norine Nelson), Roxanne Boelter, John Pfluger (Krista Johnson), Rebecca Pfluger (Maureen McLearen), and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her former husband Samuel Parker and her parents Clare & Lois Pfluger.

A private celebration of life will be held later this month.
