Theresa "Teassie" Widiker, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family. Born on May 16, 1956 to parents Frank and Betty Trudell in Hudson, WI, Teassie attended Hudson High School and dedicated her professional life to Andersen Windows, Hudson Hospital, and most recently the Hudson School District until she retired.
On April 16, 1983, she married Robert Widiker in Hudson, where they built a beautiful life together raising their five children. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and she treasured every moment spent with them, especially on warm summer nights around a bonfire, sharing laughter and stories with family and friends.
Teassie was known for her servant's heart, always willing to help others whenever she could. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and her legacy of love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her sons Bill (Kelly) Anderson and Jamie (Sarah) Anderson; daughters Amy (Kyle) Larson, Michelle (Rick) Widiker-Fehlen, and Melissa (Denny) Blok; grandchildren, Trent (Lauren) Fehlen, Raquel (Derek) Fravert, Ariel (Mike) Derosier, Brendon (Taylor) Blok, Hunter (Ashlyn) Anderson, Simon Anderson, Donya (John) Goodwin, Jacob Anderson, Thatcher Anderson, Haley Larson, Mason Larson; 7 Great-grandkids and 2 more on the way; siblings Ken (Virginia) Trudell, Phil Trudell, Terry Trudell, and Jodi Crowe as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Widiker; parents Frank and Betty Trudell; siblings Virginia Trudell, Beverly Baker, and Robin Waldroff.
Services for Teassie will be held on Friday May 15, 2026 at O'Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson, WI. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. with a service at 6 P.M. There will be a burial service at 10 a.m. on Saturday May 16, 2026 at the Baldwin Cemetery in Baldwin, WI.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Rhino's Foundation to help families in western Wisconsin affected by cancer.
