Thomas Christopher Jorke, age 27, of Hastings, MN passed away at his residence on June 29, 2015. He was a 2005 graduate of Prescott High School. Family was important to him and he really enjoyed hanging out with his 5 brothers.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ray and Arlene Fitz.
Tommy is survived by his parents, William and Tricia Jorke of Prescott, WI; five brothers, Anthony Jorke, Michael Jorke, Justin Jorke, Ryan Jorke, Alex Jorke all of Prescott, WI; paternal grandparents, William and Doris Jorke of St. Paul, MN; aunts and uncles, Debbie & Bruce, Diane & Craig, Susan & John, Leisa & Ken and many cousins.
Memorial gathering 3:00-6:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Freedom Park in Prescott, WI.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Prescott is assisting the family with arrangements.
