Tibie Wechsler

Tibie Wechsler, 92, of Hudson, WI, formerly of New York City & Dayton, OH, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 2nd, 2019 at home surrounded by family. She was a strong-willed woman, a talented seamstress, & dedicated teacher. Tibie was ever-vigilant in her faith & deeply committed to her congregation. She will be missed greatly by her family & the community at Beth Immanuel.

Tibie will remain in the hearts of her children, Jeff (Joanne Kuehl) Azen, Dwight (Karen) Azen, Sher (Wayne) Van Cleve, & Selena McGuire Roberts; her grandchildren, Yvette Azen, Adrienne (Jon) Baldus, Matthew Azen, Paul Azen, Joe (Melanie) Azen, Jacob (Kristen Paddock) Eikos, Jared (Lauren Case) Eikos, Chelsea (Joe) Bremer, & Chuck Roberts; her great-grandchildren, Chanel Azen, Samantha, Bailey, & Breahna Baldus, Iris Azen, Mia & Zoe Azen, Adalynn & Kylie Azen, Cameron & Kalib Paddock, Finley & Parker Eikos, Liam Bremer, & Ravyn & Vivi Roberts, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends & extended family.

A Funeral Service for Tibie will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday December 4th at O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 11th St. S. Hudson, WI 54016, 715-386-3725. Friends & Family are encouraged to arrive at the funeral home preceding the service, between 10:30 AM & 11:00 AM. A Committal Service will take place immediately following the funeral service at Mound Prairie Cemetery, Manning Ave S. & 22nd St. S. Afton, MN. Memorials are preferred to the Beth Immanuel Messianic Synagogue, 828 3rd St. Hudson, WI 54016.
