Wayne Noel Ptacek

Wayne Noel Ptacek, age 77, of Webster, WI formerly of Prescott, WI passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2016 at the Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Prescott, WI. He was born October 20, 1938 in Prescott to John & Josephine (Windau) Ptacek. He was united in marriage to Sandra E. Bottolfson on March 20, 1958 in Prescott.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John & Josephine Ptacek.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Sandy Ptacek of Webster, WI; his children, Julie Ptacek (Tom Baker) of Albuquerque, NM, Jeff Ptacek (Jill) of Ellsworth, WI, Wayne A. Ptacek (Sherri) of Prescott, WI, Greg Ptacek (Todd Janisch) of Ramsey, MN; grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Sarah, Allen, Nicole; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, John “Jack” Ptacek (Stephanie) of Florida; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private services for Wayne will be held at his request. Interment will be in Pine Glen Cemetery, Prescott, WI.
