Wayne Walter Kinneman

Our beloved Dad, Wayne Walter Kinneman was called home to our creator on Monday, February 7, 2022.  Wayne was born May 20, 1934, to Walter and Ellen (Dahl) Kinneman. He was the second oldest of five boys born and raised on the family farm in Hager City, WI.

He had a long career at 3M in St Paul, MN and after retiring from 35+ years, he worked a part time retirement job at Walmart in Hastings, MN. He enjoyed gardening, loved playing cards and spending time with his family. Wayne touched so many, with his kind and gentle soul. He will be dearly missed!

Wayne is survived by his children: Kathy Kinneman, Diane (Craig) Moore, Wendy (Brad) Harrison, Lynda (Paul) Affolter, Jacky (Jim) Kinneman, and Sam/Wayne (Melissa) Kinneman Jr; grandchildren: Ben Gulbranson, Brenda (Dan) Sadowski, Brandon Harrison, John (Monica) Polk, Luke Affolter, Emily Affolter, and Katie Kaedden; great grandchildren: Brooklyn, Mackenzie, Kale, Myla, Eva, Landen and Maxwell; brothers: Earl (Donna), Gerald, Kenneth (Phyllis) and Dale (Linda).  He was preceded in death by his wife Sandy, his parents Walter and Ellen, and son-in-law Ed Affolter.

Special thanks to the staff of Hammond Health Center and ADORAY Hospice for the great care given to our dad.

Memorial Service for Wayne will be at 11:00am on Friday May 20, 2022 at English Lutheran Church, 229 W Main St, Ellsworth, WI 54011.
