William Lee “Bill” Stoetzel, age 70 of Lakeland, passed away July 20, 2014 surrounded by his family at The Gathering with Lakeview Hospice in Oak Park Heights. Bill was born June 7, 1944 in Beldenville, WI, the son of Leo “Swede”””” and Arlene (Foss) Stoetzel. He graduated from Ellsworth High School and furthered his education in chemistry and math at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. He was united in marriage on July 31
