Xia Lo Vang, age 79 of St. Paul, formerly of Oklahoma died Thursday December 10th, 2015 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul following complications of a stroke.
Funeral services are being planned for Saturday December 19th at O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin. Times will be forth coming.
