Spring Grief Group: You're Not Meant to Grieve Alone

Grief can feel overwhelming, lonely, and hard to explain to others. You do not have to carry it alone.

The Grief Journey is a small group experience led by licensed grief therapist Jill Ann Anderson, designed to gently guide you through loss, understanding, and healing at your own pace.

These sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to reflect, connect, and begin moving forward while still honoring the person you love.

Is This Group Right for You?

This group may be a good fit if:

  • You feel stuck in your grief
  • You carry guilt, unanswered questions, or “what-ifs”
  • You want support without being pushed to share more than you’re ready to
  • You want to honor your loved one while learning how to live again

You don’t need to have the right words. You just need a place to begin.
